With Wimbledon now in full swing why not treat yourself to a Pat Cash Grand Slam Cocktail, created by the Buccament Bay in St. Vincent & The Grenadines, in honour of the Australian born Wimbledon legend.

Have a go at making it yourself with the following ingredients:

3/4 onz “Captain Bligh” rum (or similar Caribbean rum)
Dash of angostura
1 onz topped with coconut rum “malibu”
1 onz orange juice
1 onz pineapple juice
1/4 onz grenadine
1/4 onz lime juice
1/4 of a shot of sugar syrup

Serve in a highball glass with crushed ice and decorate with cherry, lime and mint
