Submitted by Editor on August 10, 2012 – 6:00 amNo Comment

Copenhagen will be a gastronomic hot pot from 24 August to 2 September when the Danish capital celebrates its Nordic culinary heritage during Copenhagen Cooking Festival.

The festival, a tribute to the Danish and Nordic cuisine, will see René Redzepi, head chef at Noma, awarded ‘Copenhagen Ambassador Honorary Award’ for his extraordinary contribution to the Nordic cuisine and Copenhagen. HRH Princess Marie is projector for Copenhagen Cooking and the Danish princess will also attend the opening ceremony on 24 August.
